Upplåtelseavtal och villkor
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Through this Agreement the Customer is entitled to store goods in a specifically designated Storage Space during the rental period. The lease of the Storage Space and storage takes place under the conditions specified in the Agreement and these General Terms.

Hyrestid och uppsägningstid
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. The Agreement applies until further notice. Termination of the Agreement may be made by the Company or the Customer at the end of a calendar month with written notice no later than the 15th of the month.

Hyra och avgifter
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Rent plus any VAT and other fees are stated in the Agreement and shall be paid in advance no later than the first day of each month. In the event of late payment, statutory reminder fees and default interest apply.

Depositionsavgift
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. The Company may request a deposit from the Customer upon signing of the Agreement. The deposit is refunded upon termination of the Agreement, to the extent it does not need to be used to cover outstanding rent or other costs.

Panträtt i förvarat gods
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. The Company has a lien on stored goods as security for all rent and other claims against the Customer arising from this Agreement.

Förvarat gods
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. The Customer undertakes to state the actual value of stored goods upon signing of the Agreement. Only dry goods may be stored. It is prohibited to store explosive, flammable, environmentally or health hazardous goods.

Förvaringsutrymmets användning och skötsel
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. The Customer may not use the Storage Space for anything other than storage of goods. The Customer shall maintain good order and take care of the leased Storage Space.

Tillgång och tillsyn
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Access to the Storage Facility and the Storage Space is via a dedicated app. The Customer shall only use the access for their own use and as intended.

Andrahandsuthyrning
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. The Customer is not entitled to sublet or allow others to use the Storage Space without the Company's written consent.

Obligatoriskt försäkringsskydd
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. The Customer shall keep property stored in the Storage Space insured to its full current value throughout the duration of the Agreement.

Personuppgifter
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. The Customer consents to the Company processing personal data in accordance with the Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other applicable legislation.

Tvist
Lorem ipsum dolor sit amet, consectetur adipiscing elit. Disputes between the Customer and the Company shall be settled by a Swedish court applying Swedish law.
